- We do not refund delivery charges.
- During busy periods, refunds may take up to 15 business days.
🔁 Exchange Policy:
- You can exchange a product within 15 days of delivery.
- Simply return the product and place a new order for your desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

✅ রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা:
- আপনি অর্ডার পাওয়ার ৫ দিনের মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
- কাস্টম বা পার্সোনালাইজড পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়, কারণ সেগুলো আপনার জন্য বিশেষভাবে তৈরি করা হয়।
- রিটার্ন পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৫–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন হবে।
- রিফান্ড আপনার মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে (যেমনঃ বিকাশ, কার্ড)।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- পিক সিজনে রিফান্ডে ১৫ কর্মদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

- পণ্য ডেলিভারির ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন।
- আপনাকে পূর্বের পণ্যটি রিটার্ন করে নতুন পণ্যের জন্য পুনরায় অর্ডার দিতে হবে।
- স্টকে থাকা পণ্যের ভিত্তিতে এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
